This is our first reunion since 1996.  Many events unfolded.  Cliff Hayes made efforts to organize a reunion committee and negotiated with the Ponca City Commerce to include PMA in Ponca City’s heritage.  Dudley Hartman created our first official web site.  Former and current committee members have banded together to preserve our PMA history so that it will live on in Ponca City, the state of Oklahoma, our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and elsewhere as others become knowledgeable of our school and experiences.  In the future, PMA will be realized to those who never experienced the school.  In closing, a tribute to our belated Ms. June Odom, former PMA Art teacher, her photograph with the saying;“Sorrow Comes Occasionally Through These Gates”.  Some of us did indeed come to PMA frightened and unsure, but the majority of us left as better people.

Thanks to Walter Stiemetz for the pictures and suggestions
